Located in a picturesque community with daily walkers, runners and bikers, 67 Grove is sure to get you outdoors. This gem sits on a Corner lot with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, dining room, four seasons porch and lots of natural sunlight. There’s a large laundry room that can double as a fourth bedroom, office space, or for exercise equipment that you may or may not use as a clothing rack…we don’t judge. This home offers a private & very pretty back yard with patio filled with sounds of nature. Oh and we can’t forget… the cutest little chipmunks. The Nearby dog park is only .5 miles for your fuzzy family members. While this home May not have the kitchen of your dreams, with hardwood floors, central air, fireplace, a cozy four seasons porch and just steps away from the beach, you won’t be in the kitchen much anyway.
