She gave a value for the home that was above what other agents provided and the house sold for over asking. She was spot on with what would emphasize the features and benefits of the house. Lisa was decisive and efficient and very responsive. She was on top of it all. I lived out of town and Lisa was so helpful to facilitate making the sale happen and going above and beyond to support me and help the whole process go smoothly. Gary and I have moved many times over the years and worked with many realtors. Lisa was the best realtor we ever had. She was so intelligent and personable. She always kept us informed about things and whenever there was a question about something she was on it. She researched all the time without being asked to.
